Auf den jeweiligen Abschnitten der Schilt-und Seidenstrasse wird die Entwässerung auf ein Trennsystem umgestellt. Neben den neu zu erstellenden Schmutz- und Meteorwasserleitungen wird auf der gesamten Länge auch die Trinkwasserleitung neu aufgebaut. Ebenfalls wird das EW-Trasse mit neuen Leerrohren ergänzt und beim Trafo Schiltstrasse ein neuer Vorschacht erstellt. Auf der ganzen Länge wird der Strassenoberbau neu trassiert und der komplette Strassenkörper ausgetauscht. Ostseitig wird eine Trinkwasserverbindung in die Linthlistrasse realisiert. Dazu wird das Gewässer "Chli Linthli" mittels Richtbohrung unterquert. Ebenfalls wird das Fernwärmenetz mit einer Transportleitung und diversen Hausanschlüssen ausgebaut.
