Description

5 Bay fully enclosed Nets: We wish to install the highest quality fully enclosed 5 bay nets provision, complying to the latest ECB standards (attachment 3). The nets would be fully enclosed and gated.
Acoustic and Boundary Fencing: At (attachment 4) you will see the specification of the acoustic fencing required by planning and the additional boundary fence. I have obtained a quote (attachment 5) from Jackson fencing for the acoustic fencing and the overlap boundary fencing.

Please note that this quotation is provided as a preliminary budgetary estimate, as Jackson Fencing have not yet conducted a site visit. It should serve as a guideline for expected costs. To provide you with an accurate and fixed price quotation, they would need to schedule a site visit. During this visit, they would assess various factors such as ground conditions, access, levels, and any changes of directions that may impact the project. Once they have completed the site visit, they would provide you with Soakaway: The proposed location of the Nets has an existing soakaway serving the Sports pavilion, as part of the preparation of the new nets groundworks we would look for the successful contractor to remove the existing soakaway.

New connecting Path: At attachment 10 please see the proposed linking path which will neatly finish off the nets and provide a hard standing detail between the existing tennis courts and the new nets, pavilion and car park. (Attachment 11) shows the standard construction detail of the new path. CPV: Construction work (45000000). Procedure: Restricted procedure. Suitable for SMEs. Suitable for VCSEs
