Description

The Australian National Maritime Museum (ANMM) is seeking to appoint anappropriately qualified organisation to perform Works involving the remediation ofwharf structures which form part of Wharf 7 and the South Wharf.The objective of the activities Works is to restore the functional stability of the wharvesby replacing severely compromised construction elements and repairing deterioratedconstruction elements where feasible.This SOR outlines the responsibilities of the parties to the Contract, with supportingreference documents, including tender drawings and commissioning specificationsprovided in Attachments A to F.

Conditions for Participation:
The Tenderer has demonstrated financial corporate stability for aminimum period of five years.b) The Tenderer possesses the required insurances, including a minimum of$20,000,000 Public Liability Insurance, $20,000,000 Product LiabilityInsurance and Worker’s Compensation Insurance to the amount requiredby law.c) The Tenderer exists as a legal entity at the nominated tender closing dateand time.d) The Tenderer has submitted a Tender Submission for the entirety ofspecified remedial works and the intrusive investigations, and generallyaddressed the mandatory and scored criteria.

The response schedules have been provided in MS word format and are to be completed by the Tenderer and submitted preferably in MS word format.
