WIPO is conducting a competitive solicitation process to select multiple providers to deliver Diplomacy Online and Tailored Training services, with the intention of establishing up to three (3) Long-Term Agreements (LTAs) per lot.
The training aims to build on foundational diplomatic principles and equip staff with advanced negotiation skills, cross-cultural communication techniques, strategic protocol knowledge, and the ability to represent WIPO effectively in international forums.

The selected Contractor(s) will be offered an LTA for an initial period of one (1) year, with possible extensions subject to satisfactory performance, as further described in the attached Draft Contract.
Bidders may submit proposals for a select, or complete set of services divided into the following lots:
• Lot 1: Online Courses
• Lot 2: In-Person Workshop(s)
