Die Deutsche Gesetzliche Unfallversicherung e. V. (DGUV) und der Verein zur Förderung der Arbeitssicherheit in Europa e. V. (VFA) beabsichtigen, den Auftrag zur Prüfung der Buchführung sowie der jeweiligen Jahresrechnung bestehend aus Vermögens- und Umlagerechnung an einen leistungsfähigen und fachkundigen Wirtschaftsprüfer zu vergeben. Der Auftragnehmer hat ein Prüfungsteam bereitzustellen, das durch eine fachlich qualifizierte Projektleitung sowie eine stellvertretende Projektleitung geführt wird. Die Prüfung erfolgt als freiwillige Prüfung des Jahresabschlusses gemäß §§ 317 ff. HGB unter Beachtung der satzungsgemäßen Bestimmungen sowie der vom Institut der Wirtschaftsprüfer in Deutschland e. V. (IDW) festgelegten Grundsätze ordnungsgemäßer Abschlussprüfungen. Die Prüfung erfolgt erstmals für das Geschäftsjahr 2026 und sodann jährlich für die gesamte Vertragslaufzeit. Während der Hauptprüfung hat das Prüfungsteam eine Vor-Ort-Präsenz von mindestens 8 Vollzeitarbeitstagen am Standort Sankt Augustin zu gewährleisten. Eine ggf. erforderliche IT-Prüfung ist am Standort Mainz beim SAP-Dienstleister durchzuführen.
