The subject of the contract is auditing services for the Zweckverband Wasser und Abwasser Vogtland (ZWAV). The audit of the annual financial statements and management reports for the fiscal years 2026, 2027, and 2028, including the audit according to § 53 HGrG and the associated reporting, coordination, and committee services, is commissioned. The service includes, in particular, audit planning and execution, audit of accounting and management reports, necessary coordination with ZWAV, preparation of the audit report and auditor's opinion, as well as participation and presentation in the relevant committee meetings. ZWAV reserves the right to unilaterally extend the audit for the fiscal years 2029 and 2030. The agreed annual prices for the contractually performed auditing services will be invoiced. All travel, accommodation, reporting, postage, copying, communication, and other incidental costs are included in the prices. VAT will be charged additionally at the applicable statutory rate. Services outside the scope of the tender may only be invoiced after prior express instruction in text form. Further payment terms are set out in the contract conditions and the awarded price list. l) Documents to be submitted with the offer or participation request that the contracting authority requires to assess the applicant's or bidder's suitability: The following documents must be submitted with the offer: fully completed price list; self-declarations of suitability, reliability, independence, impartiality, and conflicts of interest; proof of appointment as a certified public accountant or recognition as an auditing company and registration in the relevant professional or auditor register; self-declaration of personnel capacity, in particular regarding the minimum requirement of 2,000 employees in Germany; at least two comparable references; presentation of the binding core team; audit concept based on the published award criteria; if applicable, consortium declaration; if applicable, declarations of commitment from capacity providers and information on subcontractors and their services.
