Original language: DutchDe gemeente Smallingerland wenst met 2 inschrijvers (bij gebleken geschiktheid) een nieuwe raamovereenkomst af te sluiten, in het kader van- en overeenkomstig de Wet maatschappelijke ondersteuning (Wmo), voor het huren van “nieuw” te leveren Wmo Hulpmiddelen inclusief daarnaast het uitvoeren van servicedienstverlening voor zowel de “nieuw” te leveren hulpmiddelen als voor alle in eigendom van opdrachtgever uitstaande Wmo Hulpmiddelen. Dit op basis van; -een all-in huurvergoeding per maand (all-in categorieprijs huur voor de “nieuw” te leveren hulpmiddelen inclusief alle bijbehorende servicedienstverlening); -een all-in dienstverleningsvergoeding per maand voor alle al uitstaande hulpmiddelen in eigendom van opdrachtgever (all-in categorieprijs servicedienstverlening). Voor de all-in categorieprijs huur moet alomvattend worden zorggedragen voor de levering van duurzame, kwalitatief goede, best passende en in dat kader goedkoopst adequate hulpmiddelen (binnen de categorisering die door opdrachtgever is vastgesteld) en bijbehorende servicedienstverlening. Voor de all-in categorieprijs servicedienstverlening voor uitstaande hulpmiddelen in eigendom moet dezelfde servicedienstverlening worden geboden als voor de huurhulpmiddelen. Zowel de levering als servicedienstverlening is telkens afgestemd op de individuele situatie, eigen kracht en mogelijkheden van cliënten ter aanvulling op de zelfredzaamheid, participatie en handhaving van deze cliënten, maar ook niet meer of luxer dan nodig. De levering en servicedienstverlening voldoen aan de (functionele) eisen die door opdrachtgever worden gesteld. De indicatieve opdrachtwaarde bedraagt ca. € 7.648.000,- exclusief BTW voor een periode van 8 contractjaren.
