Opdrachtgever De opdrachtgever bij deze aanbesteding is de Gemeente Breda. Voor meer informatie over de Gemeente Breda verwijzen wij u naar de website van de gemeente: www.breda.nl. Opdracht De opdracht betreft het leveren, het onderhoud, de service en de eventuele herinzet van Wmo-hulpmiddelen. Percelen Deze opdracht is niet verdeeld in percelen: De aanbestedende dienst heeft onderzocht of het opdelen van de opdracht in percelen passend en doelmatig is. Op objectieve gronden is geconcludeerd dat het verdelen in percelen niet leidt tot betere markttoegang of een doelmatiger uitvoering. Splitsing zou juist leiden tot extra coördinatie‑ en afstemmingsrisico’s, hogere administratieve lasten en een verhoogd uitvoeringsrisico. Daarnaast blijkt uit de marktverkenning dat de relevante markt de opdracht overwegend integraal uitvoert. Om deze redenen is ervoor gekozen de opdracht niet in percelen op te delen. Doel Het doel van deze aanbesteding is om voor de levering van deze diensten een raamovereenkomst te sluiten met een looptijd van vier (4) jaar met als ingangsdatum 1 november 2026. De opdrachtgever heeft [eenzijdig/ bij wederzijds goedvinden van partijen] het recht deze drie (3) maal met één (1) jaar te verlengen. De besluitvorming ten aanzien van deze verlenging(en) geschiedt op basis van evaluatie van de geleverde prestatie. Maximale contractwaarde De maximale opdrachtwaarde in het kader van deze raamovereenkomst wordt gesteld op € 32.000.000,- bezien over de looptijd van de overeenkomst, inclusief verlengingsopties. Aan het genoemde bedrag kunnen geen rechten worden ontleend. Voor opdrachtgever geldt geen afnameverplichting. Mocht gedurende de looptijd van de raamovereenkomst de maximale opdrachtwaarde worden overschreden dan zal de raamovereenkomst (eerder) worden beëindigd.
