WNW - Warmtenetten - ROK 2026 - Engineering Opdrachtgever: N.V. HVC De Aanbesteding richt zich op het realiseren van een drietal Raamovereenkomsten voor engineeringdiensten (incl. bijbehorende (voor)onderzoeken en voorbereidingen en ondersteuning voor vergunningen en ZRO’s) ten behoeve van de aanleg van warmtenetten binnen het WNW-gebied. Gedurende de maximale looptijd van de Raamovereenkomsten, met een gezamenlijke maximale plafondwaarde van 15 miljoen euro, worden drie Opdrachtnemers geselecteerd om flexibiliteit en continuïteit te waarborgen bij het ontwerp van de verschillende Tracés binnen het WNW-gebied. Door deze aanpak wordt gestreefd naar een efficiënte, transparante en kwalitatief hoogwaardige uitvoering van engineeringopdrachten voor de verdere ontwikkeling van duurzame warmtenetten in de regio. De opdrachtgever is Warmte Netwerk Westland C.V., alleen de aanbesteding wordt uitgevoerd via de inkoopafdeling van N.V. HVC. N.V.
