Nachfolgend ist das Leistungsverzeichnis in drei Haupttitel "Heizungstechnik", "Sanitärtechnik" und "Lüftungstechnik" aufgeführt. Im Einzelnen: Folgende Arbeiten im Bereich "Heizungstechnik" wurden bereits ausgeführt: - Demontagearbeiten - Kernbohrungen - Fernwärme-Wohnungsstationen - komplette Rohinstallationen (Kellerverteilung, Strangleitungen- und Heizkörperanschlussleitungen) bis auf die Anschlussleitungen aller Heizkörper im 1.OG (Giebelseite) - Dichtheitsprüfungen aller Vor- und Rücklaufleitungen wurde durchgeführt und liegen dem Auftraggeber vor. Folgende Arbeiten im Bereich "Heizungstechnik" sind noch auszuführen: - die Anschlussleitungen aller Heizkörper im 1.OG (nur Giebelseitig) müssen noch über Heizkörper-Sockelleisten angeschlossen werden - die Montage aller Heizkörper inkl. Zubehör sowie das Füllen/Entlüften - Inbetriebnahme der kompletten Anlage incl. einstellen der Fernwärme-Wohnungsstationen - Isolierarbeiten der Kellerverteilung Folgende Arbeiten im Bereich "Sanitärtechnik" wurden bereits ausgeführt: - Demontagearbeiten - Kernbohrungen - Rohinstallation - Dichtheitsprüfungen aller Vor- und Rücklaufleitungen wurde durchgeführt und liegen dem Auftraggeber - 12 Duschwannen wurden bereits montiert Folgende Arbeiten im Bereich "Sanitärtechnik" sind noch auszuführen: - in jedem Eingang muss im Kellergeschoss der Grundleitungsanschluss "Entwässerung" hergestellt und mit der Hausinstallation verbunden werden - je Gebäudeblock muss ein Hauswasseranschluss aufgebaut und mit der Verteilleitung verbunden werden - Isolierarbeiten der Kellerverteilung - Montage aller Sanitärobjekte inkl. Zubehör - Montage von 9 Duschwannen - Montage einer Schachtpumpe inkl. Druckleitung nach Fertigstellung der Außenanlage jeweils in allen fünf Gebäuden - Spülen der Trinkwasserleitung und erstellen der Trinkwasseranalyse Folgende Arbeiten im Bereich "Lüftungstechnik" wurden bereits ausgeführt: - Kernbohrungen für die Wohnungslüftung - Verlegung der Zu- und Abluftleitungen vom Spitzboden bis in die einzelnen Räume Folgende Arbeiten im Bereich "Lüftungstechnik" sind noch auszuführen: - Kernbohrungen für die Kellerlüftung - Montage der Wohnungslüftungsgeräte im Spitzboden und Anschluss der Lüftungsleitungen - Montage und Anschluss der Luftverteilerkästen - Montage und Anschluss Außen- und Fortluftleitungen - Montage der Zu- und Abluftventile in den Wohnräumen - Montage der Schutzgitter für die Kellerlüftung - Herstellen und Anschließen der Kondensatleitung
