Als Woo co?rdinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het behandelen van omvangrijke en complexe Woo verzoeken binnen de gemeente. Het betreft een tijdelijke opdracht tot 1 november 2026. Je zorgt voor het verzamelen en beoordelen van relevante documenten, maakt juridische afwegingen en stelt zorgvuldig onderbouwde Woo besluiten op in mandaat. Daarbij heb je oog voor zowel de juridische kaders als de bestuurlijke en maatschappelijke context waarin deze verzoeken worden behandeld. Naast de inhoudelijke behandeling van verzoeken vertegenwoordig je de gemeente in bezwaarprocedures en voer je verweer op genomen besluiten. Je signaleert knelpunten in de uitvoering en draagt actief bij aan het verbeteren en optimaliseren van processen rondom Woo verzoeken, zodat de organisatie effici?nter en zorgvuldiger kan werken.
