Dit cluster bestaat naast taxateurs uit juridisch medewerkers uit een juridisch adviseur, frontoffice medewerkers, gegevensbeheerders, een BAG beheerder, en een co?rdinator. De WOZ taxateurgeeft taxatietechnisch advies over bezwaarschriften tegen de vastgestelde WOZ-waarde en geeft daarbij inhoudelijk antwoord op de grieven uit het bezwaarschrift. taxeert woningen met behulp van de waarderingssoftware van xxllnc.
