La SNCB souhaite conclure un accord-cadre portant sur la fourniture de services de gestion des voyages professionnels au bénéfice des collaborateurs SNCB, HR Rail, Infrabel, Benerail et YPTO. Les services attendus couvrent entre autres la réservation et la gestion des déplacements professionnels, principalement les voyages en avion ainsi que les réservations d’hôtels, via entre autres une plateforme de réservation en ligne mise à disposition par l’adjudicataire. Afin de garantir une gestion efficace, centralisée et conforme de ces déplacements, la SNCB recherche un partenaire disposant d’une solution technologique performante, d’un accompagnement dédié et de processus permettant d’optimiser les coûts de voyage, d’améliorer l’expérience utilisateur et d’assurer un suivi détaillé des activités et des dépenses liées aux voyages professionnels.
