This tender concerns the provision of maintenance pruning services for roadside tree lines within the province of West Flanders. The primary objective of this maintenance is to enhance traffic safety for all road users along regional roads. The scope of work primarily includes the execution of maintenance pruning for trees lining regional roads, various tree pruning tasks such as pollarding and topping, and the performance of works on a cost-plus basis (regiewerken) when these cannot be billed under other contract items and do not constitute a contractor's burden. Additionally, the contractor will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and removal of all regulatory site signage required for the execution of the aforementioned works. The removal of all waste generated from the completed activities, in accordance with the specifications of this tender document, is also a key requirement. Furthermore, the contract includes the maintenance of the works during the warranty period.
