Przedmiotem zamówienia są zlecone przez BGK usługi polegające na wdrożeniu i zarządzaniu Instrumentem Finansowym Pożyczka na inwestycje rozwojowe z umorzeniem (zwaną dalej: Jednostkowa Pożyczka/Pożyczka) przeznaczonym na finansowanie projektów/inwestycji realizowanych na terenie województwa warmińsko-mazurskiego przez Ostatecznych Odbiorców. Szczegóły dotyczące projektów, które mogą być finansowane zawarte zostały w Metryce Instrumentu Finansowego (zwaną dalej: Metryka) stanowiącej załącznik do Projektowanych Postanowień Umowy (PPU). 2. Zamówienie będzie polegało na powtórzeniu podobnych usług w wysokości 100% wartości zamówienia podstawowego tj. przekazaniu Wkładu Finansowego ze środków Funduszu Funduszy na warunkach określonych w Projektowanych Postanowieniach Umowy oraz obejmuje świadczenie przez Wykonawcę usługi określonej w SWZ cz. II postępowania nr DZZK/87/DIF/2024, tj. wdrożeniu i zarządzaniu Instrumentem Finansowym Pożyczka na inwestycje rozwojowe z umorzeniem oraz udzieleniu Jednostkowych Pożyczek o parametrach określonych w „Metryce Instrumentu Finansowego Pożyczka na inwestycje rozwojowe z umorzeniem”, z wkładu finansowego Funduszu Powierniczego wniesionego przez Zamawiającego do Funduszu Szczegółowego w łącznej wysokości 10 000 000,00 PLN uzupełnionego o wkład własny Wykonawcy w wysokości wymaganej na etapie postępowania przetargowego w wysokości 3%.
