1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: zorganizowanie wyjazdowych warsztatów rekreacyjnych dla młodzieży – uczestników projektu „Rodzina”. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia nie jest podzielony na części i obejmuje zorganizowanie następującego wyjazdu: Wyjazdowe warsztaty dla młodzieży Czas trwania wyjazdu: wyjazd 5 dniowy (4 noclegi) w okresie od 03 sierpnia 2026 r. do 30 sierpnia 2026 r. Miejsce: Ośrodek/hotel, w którym zostaną zorganizowane warsztaty wyjazdowe - miejscowość w województwie dolnośląskim. Miejscowość oddalona do 250 km od Zielonej Góry (licząc odległość drogową wg GOOGLE MAPS). Ośrodek/hotel musi znajdować się w miejscowości położonej w obrębie obszarów o podstawowym znaczeniu dla urlopowej turystyki wypoczynkowej, zagospodarowaniu turystycznym, otoczony piękną przyrodą atrakcyjnych krajobrazów i ciekawych miejsc. Liczba osób: 25 osób – młodzież z pieczy zastępczej i ich otoczenie (też młodzież) oraz 3 pracowników PCPR (2 osoby jako wychowawcy, 1 osoba – kierownik wyjazdu/wypoczynku). Razem 28 osób. 3. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia określa załącznik nr 1 do SWZ. 4. Wykonawca może złożyć tylko jedną ofertę. 5. Pozostałe warunki realizacji zamówienia regulują zapisy projektu umowy, która stanowi załącznik nr 2 do SWZ.
