1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie aktualizacji dokumentacji projektowo-kosztorysowej kompleksowej termomodernizacji budynku Zespołu Szkolno-Przedszkolnego nr 2 przy ul. Kaliskiej 10 w Bydgoszczy, w zakresie i na warunkach określonych w Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia, w tym w załączniku pn. „Opis przedmiotu zamówienia”. 2. Dla chętnych Wykonawców Zamawiający umożliwia udział w spotkaniu w celu obejrzenia miejsca planowanej inwestycji: w dniu 06.10.2026 r. o godz. 15:00. Miejsce spotkania przy wejściu do budynku Zespołu Szkolno-Przedszkolnego nr 2. Udział w spotkaniu nie jest obowiązkowy. 3. Zamawiający nie przewiduje udzielenie zamówień, o których mowa w art. 214 ust. 1 pkt 7 uPzp. 4. Zamawiający wymaga wniesienia zabezpieczenia należytego wykonania umowy w wysokości 5% ceny całkowitej podanej w ofercie Wykonawcy. 5. TERMIN WYKONANIA ZAMÓWIENIA 10 miesięcy od daty zawarcia umowy, w tym: ETAP I - w terminie 4 miesięcy od daty zawarcia umowy, ETAP II - w terminie 8 miesięcy od daty zawarcia umowy, ETAP III - w terminie 10 miesięcy od daty zawarcia umowy, Łączne wykonanie całego zakresu tj.
