The subject of the order is the execution of design and cost documentation for the task "Execution of design and cost documentation, including obtaining final administrative decisions or building permits for the construction of a fire observation post - a prestressed concrete tower in Browsk Forest District in Gruszki with the development of the adjacent area." along with the transfer of copyrights within the scope of the project implementation. The order includes the execution of design and cost documentation for the construction of 1 prestressed concrete tower (observation post) in the Browsk Forest District in Gruszki, proposed location area: cadastral parcel no. 388/4 (Podlaskie Voivodeship, Hajnówka County, Narewka Commune, Gruszki cadastral district) - specific location to be agreed with the Ordering Party. The prestressed concrete tower (observation post) is to be made using the spun concrete technology, with a height above 49 m, but below 50 m, tapered, with a load-bearing capacity necessary to transfer the loads from the designed visual monitoring and communication equipment. The tower will be equipped with system cable routes, a fall arrest system in the form of a steel system ladder rail, and a galvanized and painted steel support structure. The necessity and scope of obstacle marking for the tower shall be determined at the design stage. If the tower does not require obstacle marking (red and white stripes), the tower shaft shall be painted in a RAL color indicated by the Ordering Party, unless the Ordering Party waives this requirement. The subject of the order includes the execution of the following scope of work: 1) Preparation of full design documentation in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of December 20, 2021, on the detailed scope and form of design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, and the functional-utility program (Journal of Laws 2021, item 2454) and the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of December 20, 2021, on determining the methods and bases for preparing the investor's cost estimate, calculating the planned costs of design works, and the planned costs of construction works specified in the functional-utility program (Journal of Laws 2021, item 2458) serving to describe the subject of the order for the execution of works, 2) Preparation of full design documentation in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of December 20, 2021, on the detailed scope and form of design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, and the functional-utility program (Journal of Laws 2021, item 2454) and the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of December 20, 2021, on determining the methods and bases for preparing the investor's cost estimate, calculating the planned costs of design works, and the planned costs of construction works specified in the functional-utility program (Journal of Laws 2021, item 2458) serving to describe the subject of the order for the execution of works, in particular: a) it will include geological surveys of the subsoil for the planned investment, b) execution of the construction design with the land development design and BIOZ information, c) execution of technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works, d) execution of a blind cost estimate, bill of quantities, investor's cost estimate 3) Obtaining necessary decisions, approvals, studies, and expert opinions for the implementation of this undertaking. The Ordering Party has for this investment a decision of the Mayor of Narewka Commune determining the location of a public purpose investment on part of the parcel designated with cadastral number: 388/4 located in the district: 6 Gruszki, issued on October 15, 2025, effective from November 19, 2025. 4) Obtaining final building permits in the name of the Investor, in accordance with the Act of July 7, 1994, Building Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 418).
