1. Wykonanie dokumentacji projektowo-kosztorysowej kompleksowej modernizacji z nadbudową 2 kondygnacji, doposażeniem w windę, termomodernizacji i zagospodarowania terenu - Szaserów 99. 2. Dokumentacja musi być kompletna z punktu widzenia celu, któremu ma służyć, tj. umożliwiać przeprowadzenie postępowania o udzielenie zamówienia publicznego na roboty budowlane, realizację robót budowlanych oraz osiągnięcie zakładanego efektu technicznego, energetycznego, funkcjonalnego i estetycznego, w tym również umożliwiać przygotowanie przez Wykonawcę kompletnego opisu przedmiotu zamówienia na roboty budowlane zgodnego z ustawą Prawo zamówień publicznych. 3.
