“Preparation of design and cost estimate documentation for the construction of an indoor swimming pool in Nowy Tomyśl”

1. The subject of the order is the preparation of multi-branch design documentation for an indoor swimming pool, including obtaining the necessary approvals and administrative decisions, including a building permit. 2. The scope of the Contract includes, in particular, the execution and handover to the Ordering Party of the following documentation: 1) concept with functional program and visualizations 2) geotechnical survey and opinion to the extent necessary for the proper execution of construction works 3) architectural and construction design with site development plan 4) technical/execution design, which should include at least the following documentation: a) structural and construction design with necessary calculations and static-strength calculation results, b) sanitary branch design with necessary hydraulic calculations, equipment parameters, including installation regulations, dimensions of elements and installations, characteristic cross-sections, developments, lists of installation elements and equipment, c) electrical branch design with necessary electrical parameter calculations, lists of equipment with their technical data, d) teletechnical branch design with lists of equipment and their technical data, e) interior design, f) site development plan, g) Technical Specifications for Execution and Acceptance of Works. 5) fire scenario, in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Interior and Administration of September 17, 2021 on the coordination of the site development plan, architectural and construction design, and technical design in terms of fire protection, 6) fire safety instructions with equipment, in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Interior and Administration of June 7, 2010 on fire protection of buildings, other construction objects and areas (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2023, item 822, as amended), 7) inventory of greenery, including dendrological inventory, greenery protection design, compensatory planting design. 3. The contractor, within the scope of the contract remuneration, is also obliged to provide author's supervision as referred to in art. 20 sec. 1 point 4 of the Act of July 7, 1994, Building Law. 4. A detailed description of the subject of the order is Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. Supplementary information: The Ordering Party requires that the maximum heat transfer coefficient for all joinery (glazing and profiles considered together) be k≤ 0.9. Triple glazing. Solar heat gain coefficient g=0.35.
