1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie instalacji fotowoltaicznej o mocy od 49 kW do 50 kW na konstrukcji stalowej wraz z magazynem energii polegające na ich dostawie i montażu przy budynku Powiatowej Hali Sportowej „Kujawianka” - III Liceum Ogólnokształcące im. Królowej Jadwigi w Inowrocławiu. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia został określony w dokumentacji w postaci Specyfikacji Technicznej z Wykonania i Odbioru Robót oraz Projektu Technicznego wraz z załącznikami graficznymi stanowiącymi załączniki w SWZ. 2. Dostarczony przedmiot zamówienia musi być wykonany zgodnie z obowiązującymi normami w zakresie bezpieczeństwa i jakości. Wszystkie elementy instalacji/urządzeń, będące przedmiotem zamówienia muszą być fabrycznie nowe. 3. Odbiór przedmiotu zamówienia nastąpi po zamontowaniu konstrukcji stalowej i instalacji fotowoltaicznej oraz zgłoszeniu jej do operatora na podstawie protokołu zdawczo-odbiorczego, podpisanego bez uwag, który będzie podstawą do wystawienia faktury i ważności gwarancji. 4. Na falowniki, magazyn energii i panele fotowoltaiczne zostanie udzielona gwarancja jakości producenta na następujące okresy: 1) falowniki - co najmniej 12 lat; 2) magazyn energii - co najmniej 10 lat; 3) panele fotowoltaiczne - co najmniej 15 lat; 4) na moduły co najmniej 15 lat, natomiast gwarancja na wydajność liniową musi obejmować min. 30 lat z wydajnością na poziomie min. 87,4 %. Zamawiający wymaga, aby Wykonawca udzielił gwarancji jakości na prace montażowe na minimum 8 lat od daty podpisania bez zastrzeżeń protokołu odbioru. Wykonawca może zaoferować dłuższy okres gwarancji jakości wg kryterium oceny ofert, określonego w pkt XXI (maksymalnie do 12 lat).
