Staszic, including the construction of the headquarters of the Psychological-Pedagogical Counseling Center at ul. Promyka 24/26 in Pruszków.

The subject of the order is the execution of complete, multi-branch design and cost documentation, including obtaining all necessary approvals, opinions, decisions, and permits required by law, as well as providing author's supervision during the construction works for the investment task entitled: "Expansion and reconstruction of the school building at the No. 1 School Complex named after S. Staszic, including the construction of the headquarters of the Psychological-Pedagogical Counseling Center at ul. Promyka 24/26 in Pruszków". The documentation should be prepared in accordance with applicable laws, including in particular the Building Law, the Public Procurement Law, technical and construction regulations, regulations on fire protection, OHS, environmental protection, as well as in accordance with the guidelines and needs of the Contracting Authority included in the Description of the Subject of the Order, which is an attachment to the SWZ. Scope of the contract: 1) preparation of multi-branch construction design, execution design, technical specifications for execution and acceptance of works (STWiOR), quantity surveys with investor cost estimates in 4 copies in paper version, 1 in electronic version, 2) obtaining all legally required and necessary decisions, notifications, opinions, approvals, permits, conditions, etc., 3) acting on behalf of the Contracting Authority in all matters related to the execution of the contract, including, but not limited to, submitting a notification with confirmation of no objection from the architectural and construction authority / obtaining a legally binding building permit, 4) cooperation with public administration bodies and network operators, 5) conducting author's supervision, including, but not limited to: participation in construction meetings and coordination meetings, clarifying doubts regarding design documentation, introducing alternative solutions (at the request of the Contracting Authority or the contractor of construction works), confirming the compliance of construction works with the design documentation.
