Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie hydrofobizacji nawierzchni betonowych lotniska w 31 Bazie Lotnictwa Taktycznego. W ramach przedmiotu umowy należy wykonać zabezpieczenie hydrofobowe płyt betonowych dróg startowych, dróg kołowania i płaszczyzn postojowych – szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi Specyfikacja Techniczna Wykonania i Odbioru Robót – załącznik nr 5 do SWZ. Wykonawca musi posiadać potencjał techniczny pozwalający na wykonanie hydrofobizacji nawierzchni betonowych DS-1 w czasie do 18 godzin. Czas ten może zostać wydłużony jedynie z przyczyn leżących po stronie Zamawiającego lub pogorszenia się warunków pogodowych w sposób uniemożliwiający kontynuowanie prac.
