Execution of Christmas lighting in Rzeszów for the 2025/2026 season, using decorative elements supplied by the Contractor

The subject of the order is the execution of Christmas lighting, using decorative elements supplied by the contractor, on streets and squares located in the center of Rzeszów, in the amount of 480 decorative elements, as part of the basic order. The order includes the installation of decorative elements along with connection to power points at locations indicated by the Contracting Authority, execution (replacement of existing) of "risers" (cables) for powering decorations in the amount of 238 units, control bypasses during lighting hours, maintenance of decorations in good working order for the duration of the order, and dismantling after completion of the task. The location, designs of the decorations, and places of execution of the "risers" are included in the attachment "Specification of Christmas Decorations - Basic Scope 2025/2026", which is attachment no. 1 to the draft contract provisions. During the term of the order, the Contracting Authority, within the scope of the option right, foresees the possibility of increasing the number of decorations to be installed, on the terms described in § 2 of the draft contract provisions. Work will often be carried out with active electrical equipment, near existing cables and other elements of the urban lighting network, which are under voltage. The Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor's employees assigned to the execution of the order have appropriate professional qualifications (certificates): - for persons involved in the operation of electrical equipment, installations and networks, in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of July 1, 2022, on the detailed rules for determining the qualifications of persons involved in the operation of electrical equipment, installations and networks (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1392); attachment no. 1, Group 1 points 2, 9 and 13 or attachment no. 2, Group 1 points 2, 7 and 10 or corresponding valid qualifications (qualification certificates) acquired (issued) on the basis of previously applicable regulations (a qualification certificate is understood as a certificate issued in accordance with art. 54 of the Act of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, as amended)), hereinafter referred to as "PE", and the regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment or an equivalent certificate recognized by the President of URE in accordance with art. 54 sec. 2b PE, acquired in the Member States of the European Union, the Swiss Confederation or the Member States of the European Free Trade Association (EFTA) - parties to the agreement on the European Economic Area, within the meaning of the Act of December 22, 2015, on the rules for recognizing professional qualifications acquired in the Member States of the European Union (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 334, as amended)).
