Scope of the investment undertaking and order of execution of works: 4.1. Stage I – execution of the design and build documentation, also referred to as "Design Documentation" or "Documentation"; 4.2. Stage II – execution of construction and assembly works, consisting of: 4.2.1. Stage II a – purchase, delivery and installation of the MV switchgear in its position and carrying out post-assembly tests. The Ordering Party does not allow for the submission of partial offers due to the fact that the scope and nature of the order exclude its division into parts for technical, organizational, economic, and expediency reasons.
