Etap I podzielony zostanie na 2 następujące zadania: Zadanie 1 - wykonanie dokumentacji projektowej wykonawczej w zakresie budynku dla Etapu I (budynek nr 1) i dokumentacji budowlano-wykonawczej w zakresie przyłączy i sieci dla Etapu I, Zadanie 2 - roboty budowlane w zakresie Etapu I (budynek nr 1), wykonanie zagospodarowania, przyłączy i sieci w zakresie niezbędnym do uzyskania pozwolenia na użytkowanie dla budynku nr 1, uzyskanie decyzji o pozwoleniu na użytkowanie dla budynku nr 1.
