1.Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie robót budowlanych polegających na termomodernizacji wraz z przebudową budynku byłego Zespołu Szkół dla Dorosłych przy ul. Wiślanej 27 na potrzeby Straży Miejskiej. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi dokumentacja, która wraz z zestawieniem stanowi załącznik do SWZ. 2. Zamawiający przewiduje udzielenie zamówień, o których mowa w art. 214 ust. 1 pkt 7 uPzp. Ewentualne zamówienia podobne: 1) będą obejmowały zwiększony zakres robót określonych w dokumentacji projektowej oraz nieokreślonych w dokumentacji projektowej, ale zgodnych z przedmiotem zamówienia. W przedmiotowym przypadku będzie to dotyczyło wykonania robót związanych z przebudową pomieszczeń wraz z robotami wykończeniowymi, wymianą stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej, rozbudową instalacji wewnętrznych i zewnętrznych (m.in. elektrycznej, teletechnicznej, wod.-kan., c.o., c.t., wentylacji, klimatyzacji, deszczowej, p.poż., hydrantowej), robót zewnętrznych drogowych. 2) zawarcie umowy poprzedzone zostanie stosownym zaproszeniem do negocjacji oraz negocjacjami. 3. Dla chętnych Wykonawców Zamawiający umożliwia udział w spotkaniu w celu obejrzenia miejsca planowanej inwestycji: w dniu 10.07.2026 r. o godz. 11.00. Miejsce spotkania przy wejściu do budynku byłego Zespołu Szkół dla Dorosłych przy ul. Wiślanej 27. Udział w spotkaniu nie jest obowiązkowy. 4. Przedsięwzięcie współfinansowane z pożyczki inwestycyjnej, ze środków Krajowego Planu Odbudowy i Zwiększania Odporności w ramach Inwestycji B3.4.1. „Inwestycje na rzecz zielonej transformacji miast”. 3. Określenie aspektów społecznych, środowiskowych lub etykiet w opisie przedmiotu zamówienia: Zamawiający uwzględnił wymagania w zakresie dostępności dla osób niepełnosprawnych oraz projektowania z przeznaczeniem dla wszystkich użytkowników, zgodnie z art. 100 ust. 1 uPzp. 4. Zamawiający wymaga wniesienia zabezpieczenia należytego wykonania umowy.
