Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie usługi polegającej na kompleksowej organizacji i przeprowadzeniu zagranicznej wizyty studyjnej do wybranego kraju charakteryzującego się wysokim stopniem zaawansowania w zakresie procesu wydawania tzw. mikropoświadczeń, tj. do jednego z następujących państw: Irlandia, Hiszpania, Chorwacja, dalej: „kraj odwiedzany”. Wykonawca realizujący wizytę studyjną zobowiązany jest do zapewnienia wszystkich usług niezbędnych do jej prawidłowego przeprowadzenia, w tym w szczególności: przejazdów, zakwaterowania, wyżywienia, ubezpieczenia, transferów lokalnych w miejscu realizacji wizyty, opiekuna, tłumacza, przewodnika oraz innych usług koniecznych do realizacji przedmiotowego zamówienia.
