Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie wielobranżowej dokumentacji projektowej inwestycji pt. „Budowa Centrum Sprawiedliwej Transformacji (CST)” w Koninie wraz z zagospodarowaniem działki oraz z opcją. 2. Przedmiot Zamówienia podzielony jest na: 2.1. Zamówienie podstawowe (gwarantowane) 2.2. Opcję polegającą na pobytach Wykonawcy na budowie lub w siedzibie Zamawiającego w ramach pełnienia nadzoru autorskiego dla inwestycji CST, która będzie realizowana w ramach tzw. prawa opcji. 3. Opis potrzeb i wymagań Zamawiającego oraz cechy charakterystyczne usług stanowiących przedmiot zamówienia zostały zawarte w Opisie Przedmiotu Zamówienia (OPZ), stanowiącym załącznik nr 1 do OPW.
