1. Subject of the order. 1.1. The subject of the order is the execution of mining works consisting of driving a new tunnel approximately 31 meters long from the Wałczyn crosscut to an unnamed tunnel at level III of the "Wieliczka" Salt Mine, including the reconstruction of part of the passage through chambers III/209 and III/202, hereinafter referred to as "mining works". 1.2. The purpose of the mining works will be to provide access to the tunnels at the southern border of the deposit at level III of the "Wieliczka" Salt Mine for liquidation works carried out in this area. After the liquidation works in this area are completed, the tunnel will be liquidated. 2. Scope of mining works. As part of the execution of mining works, the Contractor is obliged to: 1) organize the construction site (area), 2) supplement the technical design indicated in § 7 sec. 1 item 1 with the technology of performing the works, 3) provide materials necessary for the execution of mining works, 4) provide machinery and equipment necessary for the execution of mining works, 5) provide persons with appropriate permits and qualifications to supervise the mining works, 6) provide surveying services, 7) carry out mining works. 3. Execution of mining works. 3.1. Before commencing work in the underground excavations of the "Wieliczka" Salt Mine, the Contractor is obliged to prepare the technology for their execution, based on the guidelines contained in the technical design indicated in § 7 sec. 1 item 1 of the draft contract, its approval by the services subordinate to the Mining Plant Manager of the "Wieliczka" Salt Mine (hereinafter referred to as KRZG), and then, after approval, submit it for approval by the KRZG. The technology should be consistent with the order of the KRZG No. KSW/Z/KRZG/42/2018 of April 24, 2018, which is attachment no. 2 to the contract. 3.2.
