Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje: 1) sporządzenie projektu budowlanego, 2) sporządzenie projektów wykonawczych, 3) uzyskanie wszystkich decyzji, warunków, uzgodnień, opinii i innych dokumentów niezbędnych do złożenia wniosku o pozwolenie na budowę, 4) sporządzenie specyfikacji technicznej wykonania i odbioru robót (STWiOR) 5) sporządzenie przedmiarów robót, 6) sporządzenie kosztorysu inwestorskiego, 7) pełnienie nadzoru autorskiego w czasie realizacji robót budowlanych.
