5.1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest budowa obiektu sportowo-rekreacyjnego – toru rowerowego typu pumptrack wraz z zagospodarowaniem terenu oraz niezbędną infrastrukturą na części dz. nr 16, 8/8 z obrębu 10516 w rejonie Parku Stanisława Dygata w Warszawie w systemie zaprojektuj i wybuduj z uwzględnieniem: • kompleksowego zagospodarowania terenu (ciągi piesze, miejsce odpoczynku, mała architektura, ogrodzenie, zieleń), • wykonania instalacji i sieci elektroenergetycznej oświetlenia terenu wraz z samodzielnym zasilaniem i opomiarowaniem, • wykonania oraz podłączenia do sieci (energia elektryczna), • wykonania niezbędnych przebudów w zakresie kolizji z sieciami (instalacja wodociągowa, jeśli wymagane), • przygotowania, uzyskania oraz weryfikacji dokumentacji formalno-prawnej (warunki przyłączenia, wyniki badań geologicznych, mapa do celów projektowych, inwentaryzacja zieleni), • zapewnienia dostępności do obiektu i terenu dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami, • dostosowania wszystkich rozwiązań do wymogów aktualnych przepisów prawa budowlanego, rozporządzenia o warunkach technicznych i innych aktów wykonawczych. oraz uzyskanie niezbędnych decyzji i uzgodnień wraz z dokumentami formalno-prawnymi uprawniającymi do realizacji prac budowlanych. 5.2. Szczegółowy zakres prac został określony w Programie Funkcjonalno – Użytkowym (PFU) stanowiącym załącznik nr 1 do postanowień umowy stanowiących Rozdział IV, a także w dokumentach formalno – prawnych na wykonywanie robót budowlanych, które Wykonawca zobowiązany jest uzyskać na podstawie opracowanej przez siebie i zatwierdzonej przez Zamawiającego dokumentacji projektowej.
