1. The subject of the contract is the execution of the task entitled: "Meeting place for children and youth at ul. Gagarina 152". 2. The subject of the contract includes, in particular, the following scope of work: 1) General construction works such as: demolition and adaptation works, execution of drywall partitions, ceramic tile wall coverings, gypsum plastering, painting works, installation of suspended ceilings, plastering of ceilings and walls, tile flooring, installation of internal and external doors, windows, purchase and installation of movable equipment, 2) Sanitary works such as: execution of heating, water supply, sewage, ventilation and air conditioning installations, 3) Electrical works such as: execution of lighting installations, electrical equipment, structured cabling, CCTV, intrusion alarm systems, intercom systems, execution of main electrical connections, lightning protection and earthing installations, switchboard installation. 3. The Contractor shall carry out the subject of the contract in the scope and manner specified in the design documentation and the technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works (developed by "SYTEK-PROJEKTY, Ewa Sytek"; components of the design documentation and technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works are listed in Annex No. 1 to the contract form) and in accordance with applicable law, standards, construction art, based on site inspections and in accordance with the administrative decisions held by the Contracting Authority. The Contractor shall perform the works taking into account the execution and application of measures aimed at optimal protection of trees and shrubs on the construction site, in accordance with the guidelines contained in separate contract provisions. Furthermore, the Contractor shall perform the subject of the contract taking into account the DNSH (Do No Significant Harm) principle, required by Regulation (EU) 2021/241 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 February 2021 establishing the Recovery and Resilience Facility and Regulation of the European Parliament
