Performance of forest management services in the Kamianna Forest District in 2026

1) The subject of the order is forest management services as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of September 28, 1991, on Forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 567 – the "Forest Act"), covering works related to timber harvesting and skidding, forest cultivation, forest protection, forest fire protection, tourist maintenance, meadow-agricultural, nursery, seed, and selection, afforestation, and secondary forest use to be performed in the Kamianna Forest District in 2026. 2) The scope of the subject of the order includes the total quantities of works related to timber harvesting and skidding, forest cultivation, forest protection, forest fire protection, tourist maintenance, meadow-agricultural, nursery, seed, and selection, afforestation, and secondary forest use resulting from Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, which consists of: Annex No. 2.1. – planned scope of works; Annex No. 2.2.1. – detailed scope of works by activity groups, activities, and locations; Annex No. 2.2.2. – valuation of the order for individual works; Annex No. 2.3.1. – characteristics of the forest district in terms of timber harvesting; Annex No. 2.3.2. – timber harvesting assortment structure in the forest district; Annex No. 2.3.3. – summary of skidding distances and conditions; Annex No. 2.3.4. – summary of items with additional difficulties in harvesting and skidding; Annex No. 2.3.5. – summary of items not available for mechanized harvesting; Annex No. 2.3.6. – information on optimal timber harvesting technology (potential); Annex No. 2.3.7. - information on the optimal timber harvesting variant; Annex No. 2.4.1. – potential locations for forest stand tending; Annex No. 2.4.2. – summary of items not available for regeneration using a planter. 3) The scopes of work summarized in the annexes forming part of Annex No. 2 are estimates. 4) Quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the order are defined in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, which consists of: "Description of the standard for forest work execution technology" Parameter Tables concerning activities indicated in the "Description of the standard for forest work execution technology" The detailed description of the standard for the execution of individual forest works (activities) specified in Annex No. 3.1. to the SWZ forms the basis for defining the quality requirements relating to the elements comprising the subject of the order (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ). If an activity described in the aforementioned annexes is not provided for in the description of the subject of the order (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ), then the provisions of Annex No. 3.1. to the SWZ do not apply in that scope. The Parameter Tables contain detailed information on how to carry out certain activities described in Annex No. 3. to the SWZ, Description of the standard for forest work execution technology. 5) Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the order are described in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. 6) The description of the principles of the procedure for accepting forest works is included in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. 7) The subject of the order is not divided into parts. The contractor cannot submit partial offers. 8) The place of execution of the subject of the order will be the administrative area of the Nawojowa Forest Inspectorate. 9) The execution of works included in the subject of the order will take place in the Kamianna forest district. The location (forest address) of individual forest works included in the scope of the Contract Subject, indicated in the annexes forming part of Annex No. 2, is preliminary.
