Zaleca się, aby każdy z Wykonawców dokonał oględzin miejsca budowy na etapie sporządzania ofert, celem sprawdzenia. warunków panujących w terenie. Zamawiający jednocześnie informuje, iż odbycie wizji lokalnej jest fakultatywne, a brak uczestnictwa w tej czynności nie będzie skutkować odrzuceniem oferty na podstawie art. 226 ust. 1 pkt 18. Wizja terenu będzie możliwa do przeprowadzenia od poniedziałku do piątku w godzinach pomiędzy 8:00 a 14:00 - po wcześniejszym uzgodnieniu dokładnego terminu z Działem Technicznym Szpitala (tel. 032 344 07 13). 3. Zgodnie z art. 95 ust. 1 ustawy Zamawiający wymaga, aby w ramach realizacji umowy czynności bezpośrednio związane z wykonywaniem robót (wchodzące w tzw. koszty bezpośrednie wynikające z przedmiarów robót) były wykonywane przez osoby zatrudnione na podstawie umowy o pracę. 4. Wymagania dotyczące sposobu dokumentowania zatrudnienia osób na umowę o pracę, uprawnienia kontrolne Zamawiającego oraz sankcje z tytułu niespełnienia wymagań o którym mowa w pkt 3 powyżej, zostały szczegółowo określone w projektowanych postanowieniach umowy, które zostaną wprowadzone do treści umowy w sprawie zamówienia (załącznik nr 7 do SWZ).
