The supplies include electronic and mechanical locks, hardware, keys, and other accessories. The services to be procured encompass installation, maintenance, and keying services, along with 24/7 on-call support. Bidders must possess a security industry business license and be proficient in the installation, maintenance, and repair of the products covered by this procurement. The contract period is planned to commence on December 1, 2024. The start-up schedule is an estimate, and the contract will only be finalized upon the signing of a written agreement. The contract will be valid until November 30, 2025, with an option to extend the contract thereafter on an indefinite basis, subject to a six (6) month notice period. Products and services offered at net prices are listed in the "Procurement Object Criteria" section. If a brand name is specified, the bidder must offer the named product. All products and services within the target group must be offered. The stated discount percentages will be calculated from the currently valid product price list. The products and services to be tendered are detailed in the "Procurement Object Criteria" section. Products and services will be procured on an as-needed basis. The annual need varies, and ordering parties will order the products and services they require according to their needs. The ordering party is not committed to ordering all products or services for which a price has been requested. Ordering parties reserve the right to procure other products from the supplier that are not net-priced in the "Procurement Object Criteria" section of the request for tenders. However, these products must align with the target groups of the request for tenders for which the contract has been established. In such cases, prices must be competitive compared to market prices, and sales will adhere to the contract terms resulting from this request for tenders.
