Original language: isNorðurorka hf., kt. 550978- 0169 óskar eftir tilboðum í byggingu dælustöðvar hitaveitu, byggingu borholuhúss, uppsteypu lokahúss við gasskilju og steyptar undirstöður gasskilju að Ytri- Haga í Dalvíkurbyggð. Gögn eru afhent með að óska eftir þeim á netfangið rab@verkis.is Stærð dælustöðvar er um 270 m 2 , stærð borholuhúss er um 60 m2 og stærð lokahúss er um 50 m 2 auk stálpalls og upphækkunar í hluta þess. Steyptar undirstöður undir gasskilju eru hringlaga og eru um 33 m að lengd. Dælustöð er staðsteypt bygging með loftaplötu úr forspenntum steypueiningar með ásteypulagi yfir hluta byggingar og á því svæði uppstóluðu trésperruþaki. Yfir öðrum hlutum byggingarinnar er venjulegt trésperruþak. Þak er klætt borðaklæðningu og þakstáli. Útveggir eru staðsteyptir samlokuveggir, þ.e.a.s. steyptir burðarveggir að innanverðu og steypt veðurkápa utan á einangrun. Loftfræsing er í byggingunni er það kerfi hluti verks sem og almennar húslagnir rafmagns og neysluvatns- og frárennslislagnir.
