Predmetom zákazky je zabezpečenie celodennej stravy pre pacientov a zamestnancov verejného obstarávateľa. Zákazka pozostáva z: • poskytovania stravovania pre zamestnancov, • poskytoavania stravovania pre pacientov, • poskytovania služieb stravovania, ktoré zahŕňa: o prípravu stravy dodávateľom mimo priestorov verejného obstarávateľa, o dodávku (dovoz) stravy na miesto výdaja stravy, o výdaj stravy zamestnancom verejného obstarávateľa za účelom konzumácie alebo rozvozu pacientom verejného obstarávateľa. Verejný obstarávateľ zároveň prenecháva nebytové priestory špecifikované v článku 6 prílohy č. 1 týchto súťažných podkladov, do dočasného užívania dodávateľovi stravy ako nájomcovi, za účelom prevádzkovania bufetu, mimo času výdaja stravy zamestnancom verejného obstarávateľa.
