1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zaciągnięcie kredytu wypłacanego w transzach do kwoty 12 000 000 PLN z przeznaczeniem na spłatę rat wcześniej zaciągniętych kredytów i pożyczek. 2. Szczegółowe warunki zamówienia oraz istotne postanowienia umowy zawiera załącznik nr 1 do SWZ. 3. W opisie przedmiotu zamówienia określono standardy jakościowe odnoszące się do wszystkich istotnych cech przedmiotu zamówienia (przedmiot zamówienia jest zestandaryzowany – będzie realizowany identycznie, niezależnie od tego który wykonawca go wykona), uwzględniono wszystkie koszty cyklu życia – prowizję od wypłaconej transzy kredytu, odsetki od zaciągniętego kredytu oszacowane od momentu wypłaty transzy do końca spłaty.
