Przedmiotem zamówienia jest udzielenie i obsługa długoterminowego kredytu bankowego w kwocie 13.000.000,00 PLN (trzynaście milionów złotych) z przeznaczeniem na sfinansowanie planowanego deficytu budżetu Gminy Mińsk Mazowiecki. Okres kredytowania wynosi 10 lat, począwszy od 2027 roku do 2036 roku. Spłata kapitału kredytu nastąpi w 40 (czterdziestu) równych ratach kwartalnych. Oprocentowanie kredytu będzie ustalane wg zmiennej stopy procentowej w oparciu o stawkę WIBOR dla złotowych depozytów 3 miesięcznych notowanej na każdy pierwszy dzień roboczy okresu odsetkowego powiększoną o stałą, w całym okresie kredytowania, marżę banku zgodną ze złożoną ofertą (oprocentowanie łączne).
