3.3. Contracting authority's requirements for the subject of the order: 1) the offered product must have certificates, approvals and be registered in accordance with the provisions of law requiring certificates, approvals and registration, 2) the offered product must comply with the norms or technical specifications applicable to this product; 3.4. In cases where trademarks, patents or origin, source or special process characterizing specific products or services provided by a specific contractor are indicated in the description of the subject of the order, it means that the Contracting Authority cannot describe the subject of the order in a sufficiently precise and understandable way, however, in each such case, the Contracting Authority permits a solution equivalent to those described above. In such cases, any indications of trademarks, patents, origin, source or special process characterizing specific products or services provided by a specific contractor should be read together with the words “or equivalent”. When describing the subject of the order by reference to norms, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Art. 101 sec. 1 item 2 and sec. 3, the Contracting Authority permits solutions equivalent to those described. In such cases, any indications should be read together with the words “or equivalent”. 3.5. The Contracting Authority requires the performance of the subject of the order on the terms specified in the contract. The projected provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be introduced into the contract, constitute annexes to the SWZ. INFORMATION ON EXPECTED ORDERS REFERRED TO IN ART. 214 SEC. 1 ITEMS 7 AND 8, IF THE CONTRACTING AUTHORITY EXPECTS TO AWARD SUCH ORDERS The Contracting Authority does not foresee awarding orders referred to in Art. 214 sec. 1 item 7 of the Pzp Act. The Contracting Authority does not foresee awarding orders referred to in Art. 214 sec. 1 item 8 of the Pzp Act. DESCRIPTION OF CRITERIA WHICH THE CONTRACTING AUTHORITY WILL USE TO SELECT THE OFFER, INCLUDING THE WEIGHTS OF THESE CRITERIA AND THE METHOD OF EVALUATING OFFERS 13.1. The evaluation of offers will be carried out based on the criteria specified in the SWZ and their weights. Offers will be evaluated point by point, separately for each Lot. During the evaluation of offers, consecutively considered and evaluated offers will be awarded points for the following criteria according to the following rules: CRITERION PRICE weight: 60 % CRITERION DELIVERY DEADLINE weight: 40 %
