3.3. Contracting Authority's requirements for the subject of the order: 1) the offered product must have certificates, approvals and be registered in accordance with the provisions of law requiring certificates, approvals and registration, 2) the offered product must comply with the standards or technical specifications applicable to this product; 3.4. In cases where trademarks, patents or origin, source or specific process characterizing specific products or services provided by a specific contractor are indicated in the description of the subject of the order, it means that the Contracting Authority cannot describe the subject of the order in a sufficiently precise and understandable way, however, in each such situation, the Contracting Authority allows for a solution equivalent to those described above. In such situations, any indications of trademarks, patents, origin, source or specific process characterizing specific products or services provided by a specific contractor should be read together with the words "or equivalent". When describing the subject of the order by reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Art. 101 sec. 1 point 2 and sec. 3, the Contracting Authority allows for solutions equivalent to those described. In such situations, any indications should be read together with the words "or equivalent". 3.5. The Contracting Authority requires the performance of the subject of the order on the terms specified in the agreement. The projected provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be introduced into the contract, are attached to the SWZ. INFORMATION ON FORESEEN ORDERS REFERRED TO IN ART. 214 PARAGRAPH 1 POINTS 7 AND 8, IF THE CONTRACTING AUTHORITY FORESEES GRANTING SUCH ORDERS The Contracting Authority does not foresee granting orders referred to in Art. 214 par. 1 point 7 of the Act Pzp. The Contracting Authority does not foresee granting orders referred to in Art. 214 par. 1 point 8 of the Act Pzp. DESCRIPTION OF THE CRITERIA THE CONTRACTING AUTHORITY WILL USE TO SELECT THE OFFER, INCLUDING THE WEIGHTS OF THESE CRITERIA AND THE METHOD OF EVALUATING OFFERS 13.1. The offers will be evaluated based on the criteria specified in the SWZ and their weights. Offers will be evaluated point by point. During the evaluation of offers, offers considered and evaluated sequentially will be awarded points for the following criteria according to the following rules: PRICE CRITERION weight: 100 %
