Task 1 - Maintenance and current repairs of the compressed air station

This tender concerns the provision of maintenance and ongoing repair services for compressed air stations. The contracting authority requires the execution of the subject of the order based on the principles defined in the agreements. The projected provisions of the public procurement agreement, which will be incorporated into the contract, are attached to the Specification for the Preparation of a Tender (SWZ). The contracting authority does not anticipate awarding any further contracts as referred to in Article 214, paragraph 1, points 7 and 8 of the Public Procurement Law (Pzp). The evaluation of bids will be conducted based on the criteria specified in the SWZ and their respective weights. Bids will be assessed point-by-point separately for each Task. During the bid evaluation process, successively considered and assessed bids will be awarded points according to the following criteria: PRICE (weight: 50%), HOURLY RATE FOR EQUIPMENT REPAIR (weight: 20%), and REPAIR COMPLETION DEADLINE (weight: 30%). This structure indicates a focus on cost-effectiveness, labor rates for repairs, and the speed of service delivery as the primary factors in selecting a contractor for these essential maintenance and repair services.
