Task 1: Cashless purchase of diesel fuel ON for company cars and the Ordering Party's equipment

1. The subject of the order includes the successive, cashless refueling of diesel fuel ON into the tanks of company cars, canisters, or other containers adapted for this purpose. 2. The projected average monthly consumption of diesel fuel (code according to CPV 09134100-8) is approximately 143,750 liters (projected consumption over 48 months: 6,900,000 liters). The Ordering Party will refuel the subject of the order as needed. The liter quantities given above on a monthly basis are only a projection, and the Ordering Party is not bound by these quantities. 3. The diesel fuel must meet the requirements of the current standard PN-EN 590 or an equivalent standard and the current regulation of the Minister of Economy regarding quality requirements for liquid fuels, with the provision that, in accordance with applicable law, in case of discrepancies, the regulation takes precedence. At the time of launching this proceeding, the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of June 26, 2024, on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws 2024, item 1018, as amended) is in force. As part of the order execution, the Contractor undertakes to: a) provide, within the total remuneration of the Contractor, for the duration of the contract, in the locations indicated in point 15, sub-point b) – g) in PART II of the SWZ - Description of the subject of the order - task 1, requirements regarding the subject of the order and the execution of the order, tanks meeting the conditions specified in the regulation of the Minister of Economy of September 18, 2001, on technical conditions of technical supervision, which pressureless and low-pressure tanks intended for storing flammable liquid materials should meet (Journal of Laws of 2001, No. 113, item 1211, as amended) with a dispensing system for unattended fuel withdrawal, legalized by the Central Office of Measures, independently identifying vehicles, machines and devices, and drivers, used for internal refueling of the Ordering Party's vehicles with diesel fuel. Within the total remuneration of the Contractor, the Ordering Party reserves the right to periodically (but no more than twice a year) verify the correct functioning of the fuel dispenser. b) provide support to the Ordering Party regarding the compliance of the tanks with applicable legal provisions, supervisory and controlling institutions, if any are required. Diesel fuel tanks must meet the requirements for a given type of tank, confirmed by a test certificate issued by the Office of Technical Inspection (UDT). The Contractor is obliged to provide the Ordering Party with a copy of the current test certificate (for each tank separately), confirmed for compliance with the original, along with the tank. During the term of the contract, the Ordering Party will report the diesel fuel tank for the next UDT inspection. The Contractor, within the total remuneration of the Contractor, is obliged to prepare the tanks for inspections conducted by UDT and will cover their costs. Support is understood by the Ordering Party to include, among others, preparing tanks for inspection, providing elements subject to inspection that are inaccessible to the Ordering Party, providing and being present during conducted inspections, etc. c) ensure monitoring that continuously records refueling operations of diesel fuel into the Ordering Party's vehicles and equipment.
