Task 1 - Organization of an economic mission to the Zuliefermesse Leipzig 2025 trade fair as part of the "Going Global - Internationalization of Lower Silesian Enterprises" project

This tender concerns the organization of an economic mission for entrepreneurs from the Lower Silesian region to the Zuliefermesse Leipzig 2025 trade fair. The scope of services includes facilitating the participation of approximately 10 Lower Silesian entrepreneurs in the trade fair, as detailed in Annex 1 of the draft agreement. Additionally, the contract covers the organization of visits for representatives of Lower Silesia to the same trade fair, with specific provisions for 3 individuals as per Annex 2, and for a minimum of 7 to a maximum of 10 individuals as per Annex 3. This initiative is a crucial component of the "Going Global 4.0 – Internationalization of Lower Silesian Enterprises" project. The project aims to enhance the global reach and competitiveness of businesses within the Lower Silesian voivodeship. Funding for this project, and consequently for this tender, is provided by the European Regional Development Fund under the European Funds for Lower Silesia 2021-2027 program, as well as by the Self-Government of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship. The tender seeks a service provider capable of managing all logistical and organizational aspects of these economic missions, ensuring a successful and productive participation for all involved representatives and entrepreneurs at the prestigious Zuliefermesse Leipzig 2025, a key event for the supply industry.
