Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 2 do SWZ w zakresie danego zadania. 4. Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość udzielenia zamówień w trybie zamówienia z wolnej ręki na zasadach określonych w art. 214 ust. 1 pkt 7 Ustawy.
