Task 1 - SOI Siedlce

The subject of the order is the service consisting of performing technical inspections, maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of devices and systems: fire alarm, smoke extraction, power shutdown, gas extinguishing, and emergency and evacuation lighting in the years 2026-2027, divided into 3 tasks (3 parts): Task no. 1 – SOI Siedlce Place of service performance: Task no. 1 (Part I) - SOI Siedlce -Siedlce ul. Rotmistrza Witolda Pileckiego 5, 08-110 Siedlce, - Siedlce ul. Wałowa 1, 08-110 Siedlce, - Grabianów, 08-110 Siedlce, - Podebłocie, 08-455 Trojanów, - Garwolin ul. Tadeusza Kościuszki 28, 08-400 Garwolin. Requirements and a detailed description of the subject of the order are specified in appendix no. 1 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the order and in appendix no. 6 to the SWZ (draft contract provisions). The contracting authority foresees the possibility of granting the Contractor orders referred to in art. 214 sec. 1 point 7 of the Pzp Act: a) after the completion of the basic order planned for 2026, in the amount of up to 50% of the value of the basic order [value indicated in § 7 sec. 1 point I sub-point 1 letter a) or b)] of the contract, consisting of the repetition within 3 years from the date of granting the basic order of similar services consistent with the subject of the order, b) after the completion of the basic order planned for 2027, in the amount of up to 50% of the value of the basic order [value indicated in § 7 sec. 1 point II sub-point 1 letter a) or b)] of the contract, consisting of the repetition within 3 years from the date of granting the basic order of similar services consistent with the subject of the order. The order will be awarded provided that the Contracting Authority has financial resources for this purpose and depending on the Contracting Authority's needs, in particular in the event of the need to maintain the continuity of the performance of the subject of the contract. The awarding of the order will be carried out on the basis of the basic contract and requires the conclusion of a new contract in this regard.
