Zadanie 1: Sprzątanie budynku dydaktycznego przy al. Armii Krajowej 13/15 w Częstochowie 4. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia, zakres zadań wykonawcy został określony w załączniku nr 2 do SWZ – Opis przedmiotu zamówienia. 5. Wymagania w zakresie zatrudnienia na podstawie stosunku pracy w okolicznościach, o których mowa w art. 95 Ustawy Pzp: Zamawiający wymaga zatrudnienia przez wykonawcę lub podwykonawcę na podstawie stosunku pracy osób wykonujących wszelkie czynności w zakresie sprzątania oraz pełniące funkcje koordynatora tj. na podstawie umowy o pracę w rozumieniu ustawy z dnia 26 czerwca 1974 r. Kodeks pracy (t.j. Dz.U. 2025 poz. 277 z późn. zm.). 6. Wykonawca przy realizacji zamówienia może korzystać z podwykonawców. Zamawiający żąda wskazania w ofercie części zamówienia, których wykonanie zamierza powierzyć podwykonawcom i podania przez Wykonawcę firm podwykonawców o ile są już znani.
