The detailed determination of the content of the above-mentioned deposit, i.e. the indication of product catalog numbers, will be made after the selection of the most advantageous offer, and before the conclusion of the public procurement contract. Products deposited with the Contracting Authority will remain the property of the Contractor. The use of the above-mentioned products for surgical procedures will mean their purchase by the Contracting Authority. Parts of the subject of the order for which the Contracting Authority requires the deposit of products are indicated in the "Price Form", which is an integral part of the SWZ.
