Transport of municipal waste from the Ordering Party's transshipment station to locations specified by the Ordering Party, with an estimated number of trips of 480 in total on the routes indicated below. Routes: - from the transshipment station in Warsaw to one of several external facilities or transshipment stations indicated by the Ordering Party via the shortest possible route, for a distance of 10 to 40 km inclusive, determined according to the optimal route on online road maps (Route A); - from the transshipment station in Warsaw to one of several external facilities or transshipment stations indicated by the Ordering Party via the shortest possible route, for a distance of 380 to 420 km inclusive, determined according to the optimal route on online road maps (Route B). The Ordering Party clarifies that it is unable to determine the exact number of trips for individual routes. The Ordering Party has concluded agreements with contractors for waste management, which specify the external facilities or transshipment stations where waste will be managed, but due to the possibility of unexpected events or changes to the aforementioned locations, the waste management locations may change within the road distance ranges specified for Routes A and B, respectively. Therefore, it may happen that under the contract for the transport of municipal waste, the Ordering Party will commission the Contractor, for example, 50 trips on Route A and 430 trips on Route B. The Ordering Party also reserves the right to add further (new) routes designated by letters "C", "D", etc., in cases where waste management locations are indicated at distances that do not fall within the distance ranges specified for Route A and Route B, respectively. The Ordering Party clarifies that newly added routes must fall within the following distance ranges (in km): • from 00.1 to 09.99 • from 40.1 to 379.99 • from 420.1 to any location within the Republic of Poland, calculated via the shortest possible route, determined according to the optimal route on online road maps. The Ordering Party also clarifies that currently Route A (10-40 km) concerns the location 03-872 Warsaw, Route B (380-420 km) concerns the location 58-120 Rusko, however, due to the possibility of unexpected events or changes to the aforementioned locations, the waste management locations may change. The indicated kilometers are determined by the road route on which vehicles with a gross vehicle weight not exceeding 40 Mg are permitted. The Ordering Party also indicates that within the scope of individual commissioned trips on individual routes mentioned above (Routes A and B and any new routes), the Ordering Party has the right to designate destination points (facilities or transshipment stations) in any geographical direction, with the reservation that a single trip by the Contractor will concern only one destination point, i.e., one facility or one transshipment station. The Ordering Party clarifies that the indicated distances concern the trip from the loading point to the unloading point. The contract for Task 1 will be executed based on partial orders, which will be placed (by electronic mail) according to the actual needs of the Ordering Party. The transport of municipal waste will be carried out at unit prices specified in the Offer Form, which is Annex No. 2 to the contract (price per trip on Route A and Route B) proposed by the Contractor in the most advantageous offer and average wholesale prices of diesel fuel published by PKN ORLEN. The unit price, which constitutes the Contractor's remuneration for a trip performed on a given route in a given month, is determined by the formula indicated in Part II of the SWZ (Description of the Subject of the Order). For the purpose of comparing offers in terms of price criterion and checking whether the offer value does not exceed the amount that the Ordering Party can allocate to finance the order, the offer value calculated for: a) 80 trips for Route A, b) 400 trips for Route B, will be taken into account.
